The room had a solid desk setup, ideal for evening conference calls with reliable WiFi. A complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up.

Breakfast options were limited and not promptly replenished. two mornings, I found items missing with little urgency to remedy the situation. The lack of drawers or proper storage in the superior room led to clothes being displayed awkwardly. Housekeeping arrived late, consistently after 6 PM, leaving the room poorly cleaned with no proper bed making or sheet changes during my stay.

this hotel definitely has its charm, with slightly cold rooms and lacking drawer space for clothing. the breakfast? barely tolerable compared to similar hotels. i thought a complimentary upgrade would be a simple courtesy, but clearly, the staff is too busy for that. almost left a glowing review, but just couldn’t! really disappointing and oh-so-overrated.

The housekeeping was completely inept, arriving late each day and hardly doing their job. Our room was not properly cleaned, and I found hair on the bathroom floor. When I complained about missing pillows and insufficient towels, the staff seemed dismissive and unhelpful.

Request a room upgrade if available. the superior king room offers better amenities than standard options.

Clean and cozy with a great dining experience

I had a lovely stay, enjoying a clean and cozy room that felt very welcoming. The highlight was definitely the restaurant, where I had one of the best smashed burgers ever, crafted by a talented chef. The staff were all incredibly professional and attentive, making my stay seamless. The only downside was that I wish there had been more options for dinner on Sundays since the restaurant was closed then.

Wonderful place to unwind by the cozy lobby lounge, and gorgeous amenities like warm gatherings for peaceful evenings.

The hotel's central location made exploration easy. Parking was conveniently close. A warm welcome from the staff and complimentary refreshments in the lobby were appreciated. cleanliness could be improved, as we found hair in our room. A mouse sighting in the lobby was also concerning.
